Partner Program Terms
Please read these carefully. Paid commissions launch only after Art LA approves the final terms and payment policy.

1. Independent contractor. Partners are independent contractors, not employees, agents or representatives of Art LA Sites.
2. No guaranteed earnings. Commissions are earned only on verified, collected customer revenue. Estimates are illustrations only.
3. Commission eligibility. Commissions are one-time per qualifying sale, calculated on the commissionable portion of collected revenue (excluding taxes, refunds, chargebacks, discounts, configured processing fees and non-commissionable services). Renewals are never commissionable.
4. Payment timing. Website commissions become payable after the customer's final payment clears. Payouts are made manually after administrator approval and may require a minimum balance.
5. Refunds and chargebacks. Commissions on refunded or charged-back revenue are reversed; reversals are recorded, never deleted.
6. Referral attribution. The first valid, documented referral has priority for 90 days unless extended. Art LA resolves disputes and never pays two partners for the same sale.
7. Prohibited conduct. No spam, purchased or scraped lists, misleading claims, price promises, or impersonation of Art LA.
8. Disclosures. Partners must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship (e.g. "#ad" or "I earn a commission") wherever they promote Art LA Sites, including on social media.
9. Tax documentation. Partners may be required to provide tax forms (such as a W-9) before payment.
10. Suspension and termination. Art LA may suspend or end participation for breaches; earned, approved commissions on valid sales remain payable.
11. Privacy. Partners share contact details only with a lawful basis. Art LA processes partner and lead data solely to operate the program.
12. Disputes. Disputes are first reviewed by Art LA in good faith with documented reasons.
13. Changes. Art LA may update these terms with a new version; partners must accept the current version to remain active. Changes never reduce commissions already earned.
