Rates are based on your lifetime verified completed sales. Each sale keeps the rate it earned — moving up a tier never changes past commissions.

Social influence bonus
Verified reach adds percentage points, based on your largest single platform (audiences aren’t added together). Follower counts are verified by Art LA, and suspicious or unrelated audiences may receive a reduced or no bonus.

Why annual AVA plans pay more
Monthly AVA plans earn a one-time commission on the first payment only. Annual plans are prepaid (with two months free for the client), so your commission is based on the whole year — plus a +2 point bonus. Prepaid multi-year contracts add +3 points. Total rate is capped at 25%.

Commissions are one-time per sale, on revenue Art LA actually collects, excluding taxes, refunds and discounts. Renewals are never commissioned. Actual pricing is set in each client’s proposal.

Do I need a big following?
No. Many partners refer businesses they already know. Followers can add a bonus, but sales ability counts most.
Is income guaranteed?
No. You earn only when a business you referred becomes a paying customer and Art LA verifies the collected payment.
Are commissions recurring?
No. Every commission is one-time per qualifying sale. Subscription renewals are never commissioned.
What if two partners refer the same business?
The first valid, documented referral has priority for 90 days. Art LA reviews disputes and never pays two partners for the same sale.
When do I get paid?
After a commission is approved, Art LA records a manual payout. Website commissions wait until the client’s final payment clears.
Am I an employee?
No. Partners are independent contractors. Please read the draft program terms.
